These Terms and Conditions explain the basis on which you may use the Heylp website and request services through it. By using the website or placing a service request, you agree to these terms as applicable to that interaction. You must be legally able to enter an agreement and authorised to represent any business on whose behalf you act. If you need clarification, contact Heylp before making payment.
Heylp connects clients with independent professionals for business support. Available services may include packaging and labelling review, import–export guidance, business agreements, and e-commerce marketplace setup. The applicable service description and written engagement confirmation define the deliverables, inputs, revisions, exclusions, fees, and intended schedule. A general enquiry does not itself confirm an engagement. Services labelled Coming Soon are not available for booking until launched.
Provide accurate and complete information, respond to reasonable requests, and supply necessary approvals and documents on time. You remain responsible for the authenticity of your business records, product information, claims, and materials. Do not provide content that infringes another person’s rights or request unlawful work. Never send passwords through an ordinary enquiry form; any access needed for work should use an appropriately agreed method.
Review the confirmed price and any applicable taxes before proceeding. Government charges, marketplace subscriptions, advertising spend, platform commissions, and other third-party expenses are included only where expressly stated. Extra work or a material change in scope requires a separate agreement on charges and timing. Payment arrangements should follow the order confirmation or written proposal. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the Return Policy and applicable law.
Delivery depends on the agreed scope, timely client inputs, and any relevant third-party processes. Marketplace approvals, account verification, advertising performance, regulatory decisions, sales, and business outcomes are controlled by factors outside an individual service provider’s control. No such outcome is guaranteed unless expressly and lawfully agreed. Guidance and document support do not replace any specialist advice or independent review required for your particular circumstances.
You retain rights in materials you supply and grant only the permissions needed to perform the service. Ownership or permitted use of final deliverables should follow the written engagement terms. Pre-existing templates, tools, third-party assets, and platform materials remain subject to their respective rights and licences. Independent professionals are responsible for the services they undertake under their agreed scope; any separate professional engagement terms should be made clear before work starts.
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. If work appears incomplete, incorrect, or inconsistent with the agreed scope, contact Heylp with the relevant order details so the concern can be assessed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections. Indian law applies, subject to mandatory rules and the jurisdiction of competent authorities. Updated website terms apply prospectively and do not automatically change an existing agreed engagement.
