Return Policy

Virtual services and this policy

Heylp offers virtual business services rather than shipped physical products. Physical returns, return shipping, and product exchanges therefore do not apply to these service bookings. This Return Policy explains how to request a cancellation, raise a delivery concern, or seek a refund. It should be read together with the service description, the written engagement confirmation, and the Terms and Conditions. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Requesting cancellation before work begins

If you need to cancel a booking, contact Heylp as soon as possible using the Contact Us page or getheylp@gmail.com. Include your name, order reference, service name, payment details sufficient to identify the transaction, and the reason for your request. Do not send card security codes or banking passwords. Where work has not started, the request will be assessed against the confirmed engagement terms and any actual, previously disclosed commitments already made for that booking.

Cancellation after work has started

When a professional has begun the agreed work, any refund assessment should take account of the work actually completed and the deliverables already supplied. Any proposed deduction should be explained and supported by the engagement terms and relevant work records. A cancellation does not automatically mean that the full service fee has been earned or that every payment is non-refundable. If only part of the scope remains undelivered, an appropriate partial refund may be considered, subject to applicable law.

Incomplete, incorrect, or undelivered services

Please report a concern promptly and explain how the delivered work differs from the agreed description. Where useful, provide the relevant file, message, or order confirmation. Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate resolution may be clarification, correction, completion of outstanding work, a repeat service, or a partial or full refund. Review of a complaint must not remove any remedy available for deficient services, misleading descriptions, or other failures covered by applicable law.

External charges and outcomes

Government fees, marketplace charges, advertising expenditure, and other third-party payments may be governed by the recipient’s own refund rules. Any claimed non-recoverable expense should have been authorised, actually incurred, and explained. Marketplace rejection, account restrictions, or disappointing sales do not by themselves prove that an agreed service was not performed, but concerns about the quality or accuracy of the service can still be reviewed. No general outcome disclaimer removes applicable consumer rights.

Refund processing and duplicate payments

If a refund is approved, Heylp will communicate the amount and the proposed payment route. Refunds should normally be returned through the original payment method where practicable, subject to payment-provider requirements. Processing times depend on the payment provider and any applicable legal requirements; you will be informed of the expected timing. Report duplicate payments or an incorrect charge with transaction references so the payment records can be checked.

Rescheduling, complaints, and contact

If you need to change a consultation or delivery arrangement, contact Heylp early so availability and any effect on the scope can be discussed. There is no automatic physical replacement for a virtual service. If you disagree with a proposed resolution, reply with the reasons and supporting information for further review. You may also use any complaint process or legal remedy available to you. For cancellation, refund, and delivery enquiries, email getheylp@gmail.com or call +91 9602943183.
